Had a work meeting by my wife’s office and met her for lunch at Eataly afterwards. Because she is a vegetarian we ate at the vegetable bar which, as with everything else at Eataly, is superb. When you get quality veggie eats like this foregoing meat is not that bad but I couldn’t quite get rid of the tug in the back of my mind that knew prosciutto was so close by yet still unattainable.
